THE ANNAN® FRAGRANCE IS EXCLUSIVE TO ANGEL AROMATICS.
ANNAN® WAS ONE OF OUR FIRST FRAGRANCES RELEASED OVER 20 YEARS AGO AND IS OUR SIGNATURE FRAGRANCE. ANNAN® IS ENRICHED WITH SWEET AND EARTHY SPICES. BLENDS OF VANILLA BEAN AND EMBODIED WITH EXOTIC FRUITS. 

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
YES WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS FOR YOUR BUSINESS OR EVENT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A LARGE QUANTITY OF A SPECIAL COLOUR OR PRODUCT DESIGN PLEASE VISIT OUR CUSTOM MADE PAGE TO ADVISE US YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

DOES ANGEL AROMATICS TEST THEIR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
NO WE DO NOT CONDUCT PRODUCT OR INGREDIENT TESTS OF ANY KIND ON ANIMALS.

WHAT ARE THE FLOWERS MADE OF?
OUR FLOWERS ARE MADE FROM A FINE TIMBER SIMILAR TO BALSA WOOD. THE TIMBER ABSORBS THE FRAGRANCE ALLOWING THEM TO STAY FRAGRANT FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS.

WHY IS THERE BLACK RESIDUE ON THE SIDE OF THE CANDLES
THE WICKS NEED TO BE TRIMMED TO 6MM BEFORE YOU RE-LIGHT YOUR CANDLE TO REDUCE ANY BLACK RESIDUE. IF YOU DO EXPERIENCE ANY BLACK RESIDUE THIS CAN BE REMOVED WITH A CLOTH OR TISSUE WHEN THE CANDLE IS NOT LIT.

HOW DO I RE-FRAGRANCE YOUR PRODUCTS?
OUR REFRESHER SPRAYS AND FRAGRANT OILS ARE IDEAL TO REFRESH OUR BALSA WOOD FLOWERS, BALLS AND CURLS.

HOW LONG WILL THE FRAGRANCE LAST?
THE FRAGRANCE ON OUR SCENTED PRODUCTS (FLOWERS, BALLS, CURLS) IS DESIGNED TO LAST UP TO 3 MONTHS. 

ORDERS AND DELIVERY FAQS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
ORDERS DELIVERED TO NSW, VIC, ACT OR NZ, WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 2-4 WORKING DAYS. ORDERS DELIVERED TO SA, WA, NT, QLD AND TAS, WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 4-7 DAYS. WE USUALLY ARE ABLE TO DISPATCH THE ORDERS THE NEXT DAY. 

WE SEND PARCELS THROUGH NUMEROUS COURIERS INCLUDING AUSTRALIA POST, COURIERS PLEASE, TNT AND FASTWAYS THEREFORE SOME PARCELS MAY ARRIVE QUICKER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIMES ABOVE ESPECIALLY FOR NSW ORDERS. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER IN ADVANCE IF IT IS URGENT AND PLEASE ADVISE US AT TIME OF ORDERING.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT THERE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL DURING BUSINESS HOURS, OR WOULD LIKE THE COURIER TO LEAVE IT SOMEWHERE SPECIAL, PLEASE NOTIFY US IN THE COMMENTS SECTION WHEN ORDERING. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU ARE NOT THERE WHEN THE DELIVERY COMES AND WE HAVE NOT NOTIFIED THE COURIER, THEY MAY LEAVE IT AT YOUR DOOR, REQUIRE YOU TO COLLECT THE PARCEL(S) FROM THEIR NEAREST DEPOT OR POST OFFICE OR RETURN THE GOODS BACK TO US.

CAN THE DIFFUSERS BE SENT OVERSEAS?
YES - AS THE DIFFUSERS ARE NOT CLASSED AS DANGEROUS GOODS (THEY DO NOT HAVE 70% OR MORE ALCOHOL) THEY ARE SAFE TO BE SENT OVERSEAS.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?
ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE AND AN ORDER NUMBER.
YOU WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED ALONG WITH THE TRACKING DETAILS.

WHAT ARE YOU RETURNS POLICY?
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS, YOU CAN RETURN IT BACK FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNUSED. 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY, PLEASE NOTIFY US VIA PHONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING STOCK. IF GOODS ARE FAULTY THEN WE WILL ALSO REFUND THE COST OF POSTAGE FOR THE GOODS BEING SENT BACK TO US.

WHAT ARE YOUR FREIGHT / SHIPPING COSTS?
WHEN YOU BUY AT RETAIL PRICING FREIGHT IS A FLAT $10 FOR ORDERS UNDER $100 OR FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100 TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS. WHOLESALE ORDERS HAVE FLAT FREIGHT RATES PER AREA (AS THE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERABLY LARGER AND PRICING IS DISCOUNTED). INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE BASED ON WEIGHT AND ARE AT COST.
