Using candle refills supports sustainability and protects our environment to reduce waste. Here are steps on how to clean your used personalised candles and insert your refill candle to keep enjoying your 270g candle jar.

- Boil some water and pour this into your candle jar. Allow approximately 4 hours for the wax to solidify and rise to the top.

Make sure that the water has cooled and you will now be able to lift the wax.
- Save the wax to use later in a wax burner.
- Pour the water out and clean out your candle jar thoroughly with warm soapy water, making sure you remove the wicks. Then dry the jar with a cloth.
Refilling your candle jar
- Now that your existing candle jar is cleaned you can now insert your candle refill.
- Unbox your candle refill from the box and remove the tab/s at the bottom of the candle wax. There will be 2 wick tabs if you selected cotton wicks or 1 wick tab if you selected wood wick.
- Make sure that the water has cooled and you will now be able to lift the wax.
