How do I place an order? If you are an on-seller / retailer, you may place an order after logging into our site (click "WHOLESALE ACCESS" top of the page, then enter your Gpoint password or apply for access to our site). Please select the products and quantities you wish to order - you will be able to see all wholesale pricing. Once you submit your order it will then be emailed to us. Alternatively please phone (02 9588 4477) or fax (02 9588 4470) your order.

 

How can I see your prices? Alternatively please call 02 9588 4477 for a posted or emailed copy of our price list.

 

What is a "Gpoint password"? Gpoint is the gift and homewares industry website. If you are a shop you can register your company at http://www.gpoint.com.au . You will then be sent a user name and password which will let you search wholesaler's websites and see pricing of different products. Your Gpoint password works on our website.

 

What time is your office open? 9am - 5pm (AEDT) Monday - Friday. Please call 02 9588 4477 to speak to a sales representative. We do not have a showroom.

 

How can I pay? MasterCard, Visa, Cheque or Direct Deposit.  Once you place your order online a box will pop up saying "If you wish to pay by credit card, press the "OK" button" you will then be taken to a secure page to enter your information. If you would prefer a representative to contact you direct for payment please press the 'cancel' button when the box pops up and your order will be emailed to us and we will contact you.  (We also accept Amex by phone/fax however there is a 3% surcharge for Amex payments).

 

How long till I receive my order? as all products are made fresh to order, production time can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. Please place your order in advance if it is urgent.

 

What does *YOU DECIDE* mean in the product description? As we are a manufacturer you can have ANY fragrance on our Bulk products (flowers, curls, balls). When you place your order, if the fragrance you want is not listed, order the *YOU DECIDE* item and at the end of the order in the comments section advise which fragrance you would like on that product.

Where can I buy Angel Aromatics Products? We sell to many gift and homeware stores in Australia and around the world. Please email sales@angelaromatics.com.au your postcode and the products you are interested in.

 

How do I display your products? All fragrant products should be displayed on an impervious surface (one which is incapable of being affected). Most people display them in bowls in their dining rooms and bathrooms.

 

How long do fragrances last? up to 9 months. Fragrances will last longer if kept in a cool dry area.

 

How do I re-fragrance your products? Place a few drops of Angel Aromatics fragrant oil onto the back of the flower or lightly spray the fragrance onto the curls. Please be careful when re-fragrancing not to get the oil onto other surfaces.

 

Is "Annan" fragrance exclusive to Angel Aromatics? YES! The owner of Angel Aromatics developed Annan fragrant oil herself in 1994 (and named it after her friend). Annan fragrance has been trademarked and registered and is exclusive to our company. Annan fragrance is available in concentrated fragrant oil (15ml & 100ml), Refresher Sprays, Room Sprays, Diffuser Sets, Sachets or on any of our bulk flowers, balls, cubes and curls.

 

As you are a manufacturer can you make a special product for me? Yes. Our bulk products are available in many of our fragrances. If you would like a large quantity of a special colour or product please contact us on 02 9588 4477.
