Client Pick up
Our orders are sent via door to door direct courier. Our freight cost is a flat amount per delivery location.
The flat freight charges apply whether you are ordering a carton or a truck full of products. So the more you order the more you save on freight.
- Client Pick up / Your Courier = Free
- ACT - all areas = $45
- NSW - Sydney = $20
- NSW - Country = $45
- QLD - Brisbane = $45
- QLD - Country = $75
- SA - Adelaide = $45
- SA - Country = $65
- TAS - Direct - Freight at cost = $0
- TAS - via Nielsen & Johnson Melbourne = $35
- VIC - Melbourne = $35
- VIC - Country = $60
- WA - Perth = $78
- WA - Country - Freight at cost = $0
- NT - Freight at cost = $0
- Overseas - Freight at cost = $0
Freight areas marked above as 'Freight at cost' will be charged to your card after packing.
Freight may be at cost if you are receiving special custom products, discounts, bulk pricing or specials.
FREIGHT SPECIALS:
We understand sometimes you just need a top up and not a large order. We are able to offer the following freight rates for orders of just the following products:
- 15ml Fragrant Oils (60+) = $20
- Organza bags = $12
Freight specials are for Australian mainland deliveries only. Please select the "Special $" value on checkout.
CLIENT PICK UP:
If you have your own freight company or would like to pick up the order, please select the "CLIENT PICK UP / YOUR COURIER" option on checkout.
- We will email or call you when the goods are ready and give you the full dimensions and weights.
- There is no freight charge for Client Pick Up orders.
- Our factory is located in West Botany Street, Rockdale, NSW 2216 (10 minutes from Sydney Airport)
- If your store's representative is personally picking up the order they will need to sign for the pick up. If they are coming by car and would rather the goods in small boxes, please advise in the comments section on checkout.
- If you are sending your own courier, please email us the completed consignment note.
- For Australia Post - please book with Click and Send or organise Australia Post to pick up from our factory then email us the consignment note. Alternatively we can also send small parcels at the post office on your reply paid account.
- If you courier or service has restricted parcel sizes (e.g maximum length / widths etc) please advise us on order placement as our average shipping box is 60cm x 60cm x 70cm.
